Do you have a Dashboard? Know what your ROI is? Thought about reserves?

Leaders from 24 organizations have already taken advantage of Nonprofit Montgomery’s FIRM Financial Leadership training this year, an intensive program focused on helping nonprofit leaders address questions such as these, and teaching the skills needed to improve the financial planning, management and administration of their agencies.

FIRM is funded by the Community Foundation of Montgomery County’s Nonprofit Advancement Fund as well as Montgomery County’s Department of Health and Human Services. FIRM also includes a comprehensive presentation on County contracts by key members of MCDHHS.

Additional sessions are scheduled for February and March. Contact Barbara Garlock for more information.
