Brown Bag Lunches

Nonprofit Montgomery! and the County Executive’s Office of Community Partnerships combine their efforts every month for the Brown Bag Lunches.Brown Bag Lunch

Brown bag sessions are small sessions often held at the Rockville Public Library with Montgomery County government and select nonprofit community representatives in attendance. The main purpose of the “Brown Bags” is to build relationships and partnerships among Montgomery County government and the nonprofit sector, including philanthropy.

Within this broad purpose, we seek to expand our common understanding of the impact of the nonprofit sector in Montgomery County and to have lively discussions (and debates) on critical issues facing the nonprofit sector and the county.  Approximately 25 people attend each session; the Brown Bag Lunches are invitation only.
